In the event of a fire, burglary, or major storm, would you be able to prove to your insurance company exactly what you had lost? Would you even be able to remember all the possessions you've accumulated over the years?

Having an up-to-date home inventory will help you get your insurance claim settled faster, and will put more money in your pocket. It can also help you in determining if your insurance coverage is adequate, and can serve to verify losses for income tax purposes.

Our Video Legacy is an independent company offering personal property inventory services for homeowners, business owners and non-profit organizations in the Eastern Massachusetts area. We can create a detailed report of your personal property in a matter of hours, not days. We will meet with you, onsite, to conduct a thorough and professional inventory of your assets.

WHY YOU NEED OUR SERVICE

Insurance Companies, Agents and Financial Advisers strongly recommend thorough documentation of property to ensure your family's financial protection.

Our Video Legacy provides a professional, reliable, third-party home and business inventory designed to maximize your insurance claim as well as making the claim process much smoother and faster.

Additionally our service can document your personal property prior to a move or storage in the event you need to prove damage or theft.

The investment to ensure your financial protection is less than you might think. We base our pricing on the size of your home, and time for any special collections you might have.
A "standard" home will take approximately three to four hours depending on the amount of property to document.
